We believe in adding value to your home, which is why our Workmanship Warranty is transferable. This means that if you decide to sell your home, the warranty can be transferred once to the new owner, offering them the same level of assurance and protection. Warranty Claims Process
To activate a warranty claim, homeowners must contact Spruce Up Northwest within 48 hours of identifying any defect attributed to our workmanship. This prompt communication allows us to address your concerns swiftly and efficiently. It’s important to note that warranty repairs can only be undertaken by Spruce Up Northwest to ensure consistency and quality in resolving any issues.

While our Workmanship Warranty provides comprehensive coverage, limitations and exclusions exist. Damages from normal wear and tear or extreme weather conditions, such as ice damage, hail storms, or winds and rains of hurricane intensity, are not covered. Additionally, issues caused by factors like fungus, bacteria, infestations, UV degradation, rust, or corrosion are excluded from the warranty.
Other Considerations
Our Workmanship Warranty supersedes all other express or implied warranties and is confined to the terms stated herein. It’s important to understand that Spruce Up Northwest will not assume liability for any indirect damages, including incidental, consequential, or special damages. This exclusion applies to damage impacting the interior or exterior of any property or replacements not formally approved and executed by Spruce Up Northwest.
